Lumasi — “Mourning Dub”

One of bass music’s fastest rising producers, Lumasi, just dropped a hot new single called “Mourning Dub” on Friday. It is the first track of his upcoming Sun & Moon EP. “Mourning Dub” blends the nostalgic sound of a bird’s call with powerful bass reverberations and stunning sound design. It has been one of the highlights of his recent sets on the Sun & Moon Tour, which inspired the EP of the same name.

YDG — “Echo”

Delivering a masterful fusion of melodic dubstep and bass-heavy breaks, “Echo” pushes boundaries with its intense energy and innovative sound design. The track evolves seamlessly from haunting leads to thunderous drops, culminating in a high-octane finale with wobbling synths and sharp vocal chops. Marking YDG’s debut on HypnoVizion, it captures his bold production style and knack for crafting dynamic, immersive bass music experiences.

VEIL — “YU”

VEIL’s debut album HIGH VOLTAGE delivers an immersive journey into the cross-dimensional world of THE HOLLOW, blending powerful storytelling with her signature multi-genre production. Among its standout tracks, “YU” emerges as a spine-chilling exploration of deep dubstep, embodying the dark and atmospheric tones that define AZAL’s journey.

Danny Olson, Awakend, Casey Cook — “Follow Me Back Home”

“Follow Me Back Home” is a tearful collaboration between Danny Olson, Awakend, and vocalist Casey Cook, released on indie-electronic label Seeking Blue. Opening with a tender piano melody and Casey’s soulful voice, the track weaves a heartfelt narrative of resilience and personal triumph. 

As the song builds, cinematic bass and evocative soundscapes amplify its emotional depth, peaking with the powerful chorus, “follow me back home.” The second drop introduces intricate sound design and heightened energy, culminating in an ethereal outro that reflects the track’s introspective beginning. This release is a testament to Olson’s ability to blend emotion with cinematic production.
