My Chemical Romance Announces Massive Stadium Tour
My Chemical Romance is arguably the largest emo band of all time. They are back and hitting the road to celebrate the album that helped launch them into stardom. The tour announcement came after My Chemical Romance had a massive two-day headline show at When We Were Young in Las Vegas. Playing The Black Parade from front to back creating a lot of hype around the album and band as a whole. Being in Vegas at the show, there was a sense amongst the crowd that they needed more than just the two-day run in Vegas.
My Chemical Romance started off the announcement with a vague post on Instagram. “If you could be anything what would you be,” which caused the internet to run wild with rumors of what it could mean. Shortly after a tour promo video was posted with a World War Two aesthetic that showcased a great dictator rising to power. This is surely a very theatrical and exciting glimpse into what the tour will feel like.
In a surprising move, the Los Angeles dates of July 26th and 27th overlap with the return of Warped Tour in Long Beach on the same dates. So fans are going to have to choose between two of their favorite things from their childhood. A potentially tough choice especially for those who have bought their tickets for warped tour already.
