Dubstep FBI Launches Record Label Beat Intelligence Network
Dubstep FBI is taking a major leap forward as it celebrates five years in the industry with the launch of its own record label, Beat Intelligence Network (BIN).
This imprint aims to elevate bass music by showcasing rising, local, and established artists across the genre. The initiative reflects Dubstep FBI’s commitment to fostering a thriving community and pushing the boundaries of electronic music.
Since its inception in 2020, Dubstep FBI has evolved from an online content hub into a powerhouse brand within the bass music scene. With over 65 podcast episodes featuring top-tier artists like CRANKDAT, Ray Volpe, Boogie T, and Jessica Audiffred, the platform has established itself as a trusted source for bass music news and insights.
Their efforts extend beyond digital content, as they’ve partnered with major event promoters such as AEG Rocky Mountain, Insomniac, and Live Nation, hosting stage takeovers at events like Rampage Open Air in Belgium. They also have a successful radio series featuring some of the hottest artists across underground bass music.
BIN’s launch is a significant step for Dubstep FBI’s co-founders, Christina Vessa and Yesenia Vizcaya, who have worked tirelessly to build a supportive and dynamic platform for the bass music community.
Reflecting on the journey, Vessa shared, “Self-doubt has always been a challenge, but this journey isn’t about perfection—it’s about building something meaningful with our team and community. Everything is figure-out-able, and this milestone proves that with the right people and determination, we can achieve incredible things.”
Vizcaya echoed the sentiment, emphasizing the challenges of breaking into a male-dominated industry and the importance of support. “BIN feels like the next natural step in our journey,” she explained. “We’ve grown so much over the past five years, and this label is all about connecting artists with fans and creating opportunities to push the bass scene forward.”
The label’s branding maintains Dubstep FBI’s signature inspector-style aesthetic, ensuring it stays true to its roots. Initial releases will feature a diverse selection of bass music, blending fresh sounds with established names.
Looking ahead, the co-founders have ambitious plans, including a long-term goal of securing a stage at Tomorrowland, one of the world’s biggest electronic music festivals.
As Dubstep FBI embarks on this new chapter with BIN, they remain dedicated to their mission of supporting underground bass music and strengthening the global EDM community. Fans and industry professionals can expect fresh content, exciting collaborations, and groundbreaking releases from BIN in the coming months.
