Excision Headlines NYE Festival at Tahoe’s Newest Music Venue
Bass Camp teams up with BASSRUSH to unveil a new music venue in South Lake Tahoe for this massive New Years event.
Lake Tahoe has long-standing reputation as a New Year’s favorite destination thanks to the Snowglobe festival. For years people have come from miles around to spend their festivities in this winter wonderland, overlooking the magic of the lake, watching fireworks, and, let’s be honest, party their ass off.
Starting in 2011, the Snowglobe Music Festival made Lake Tahoe stand out to the festival and electronic music scene every New Years. They hosted iconic acts like Pretty Lights and Glitch Mob for their legendary first year, and even had modern moguls like Skrillex and Griz play the 2019 festival, which would become the last Snowglobe event, leaving a massive hole to be filled.

But, have no fear. Headbangers can once again rejoice because Excision is coming to South Lake Tahoe for two epic days of bass with a star studded support line up this New Years. On December 30th, Kai Wachi will be direct support. Then for the main event on New Years Eve, Atliens play right before Excision’s countdown set. The whole line up is noteworthy — Dion Timmer B2B Calcium, Layz right before Jessica Audiffed. What more can you ask for?
This massive two day event will be held at the brand new, state of the art venue on the Nevada state line, Tahoe Blue Event Center. The Event Center is a 5,000 capacity room that is sure to pack out both nights, so make sure to get your tickets before it’s too late!
