Global Dance Festival Ready to Represent Denver’s Electronic Diversity

The Rocky Mountains’ largest summer music festival returns to the heart of Downtown Denver this weekend! Colorado natives and EDM fans from near and far are set to gather at Denver’s Empower Field for Global Dance Festival, one of the marquee festivals in the region. Whether you’re into dubstep, house, bass or just want to experience a blend, Global Dance has it all lined up this year.

Where It Began

Global Dance Festival has been a staple for electronic dance music in Colorado since the early 2000’s. For years, the event was hosted annually at the nationally renowned Red Rocks Amphitheatre. In 2017, for the events 15th anniversary, the Global Dance team decided to expand the event and move to its new home at Empower Field. Although they were sad to leave Red Rocks behind, the creators knew it was necessary in order to present an immersive and diverse multi-stage festival.
