Mersiv Announces First Annual “Cinco de Mersiv,” A Vibrant Cultural Celebration at Mission Ballroom
This May 5th, Mission Ballroom will host a vibrant celebration of culture with “Cinco de Mersiv.” Spearheaded by electronic music innovator Mersiv, known offstage as Anderson Benoit Gallegos, this event promises to blend his Pretty Dark Loud music with a heartfelt tribute to his Mexican heritage, offering a unique Cinco de Mayo celebration.

Hosted alongside his cousin, Adrian Gallegos, the festival aims to honor their heritage through music, dance, and vibrant community interactions. The festivities begin with the MorFlo Takeover Block Party at Mission Ballrooms outdoor area, featuring sets from Mersiv and notable artists such as OG Nixin, Venture 5 b2b Dream Pusha, and Sonrizas.

The event also features a vibrant Mexican market on the plaza, complete with authentic food stalls offering tacos, churros, and exclusive dishes like Onhell’s acclaimed homemade salsa. The festivities are enhanced by traditional face painting and live performances by a Mariachi band, enriching the cultural tapestry of the event.
