SIDEPIECE, Disco Lines — “Give It To Me Good”
A SIDEPIECE x Disco Lines collab isn’t necessarily far-fetched, but it is an interesting combination that, surprisingly, works very well on “Give It To Me Good.” Admittedly, “Give It To Me Good” leans more towards SIDEPIECE’s deep-house sound, but the chopped-soul vocals that give the song it’s name have Disco Line’s melodic touch written all over them.
“Give It To Me Good” welcomes summer pool parties with open arms, and embraces the feel-good nature of the changing seasons and revitalized nightlife that comes with the warmer weather and longer days across the country. It’s soulful, it’s euphoric, it’s melodic, but more than anything, it’s dangerously groovy.
