John Summit, Sub Focus, Julia Church — “Go Back”

John Summit continues to deliver melodic dance bangers and massive collabs — this time with legendary drum and bass producer, Sub Focus, and famed dance vocalist, Julia Church.

“Go Back” is a two part stadium dance tune that starts off in standard John Summit style, delivering majestic melodies over glistening sound design with emotional piano passages and fading synths in the same vein as Summit’s “Shiver” and “Hung Over.” But, when the song reaches the halfway point, Sub Focus’s influence kicks in, the tempo rises, and drum and bass becomes the main appeal.

PEEKABOO, LYNY — “Bumpin’ — LYNY Remix”

PEEKABOO’s 2023 debut album, Eyes Wide Open, was easily one of the most talked about releases in bass music last year. Since its release, we’ve seen several artists tease remixes of the album’s biggest tracks, including Tape B, LYNY, and Jon Casey. The official remix album is finally out, and LYNY’s “Bumpin’” remix is a massive highlight.
