SUPER FUTURE UNLEASHES HIGHLY SAUGHT AFTER OFFICIAL REMIX OF WAKA FLOCKA FLAME’S “GROVE ST PARTY”

After a year of electrifying dancefloors and festivals across the U.S., Michigan-based producer Super Future is officially releasing his long-anticipated remix of Waka Flocka Flame’s “Grove St. Party.” Backed by Warner Music and Spinnin’ Records, the remix lands on all major streaming platforms this Friday, June 13.

The story of the remix began last November during a sold-out Mission Ballroom show in Denver, where Super Future opened for Tape B. Wanting to channel high-impact bass and hip-hop energy into his set, he crafted the remix in a single, fast-paced studio session—pulling low-end elements from his tracks “Supermassive” and his “Gas Pedal” flip. The track was meant as a lead-in to a heavier dubstep moment, but the instant crowd reaction made it clear it had become the centerpiece.

With no official bass remix of “Grove St. Party” circulating at the time, the flip filled a major gap in the scene. When Super Future dropped it in Denver—with the support of Tape B’s full production, including lasers—the reaction was seismic. A TikTok clip from that night quickly went viral, and soon major bass acts were spinning it in their own sets. The resulting wave of fan demand and industry buzz caught the attention of Warner and Spinnin’, who moved quickly to bring the remix to market.

Reflecting on the moment, Super Future noted: “I kept asking myself what song screams party energy, and the movie Project X came to mind – and immediately ‘Grove St. Party.’ Even though it’s not actually in that movie, it felt like it should be.”

This official remix follows his recent Aurora EP on CloZee’s Odyzey Music, continuing what’s already shaping up to be a standout year. With a VIP version planned for summer festivals, Super Future is riding the momentum into his next phase.
