Bass Coast 2024 Unveils Stellar Lineup Led by Of the Trees, Leikeli47, & More

Bass Coast Festival, the much-lauded beacon of music and art, proudly announces the first wave of artists for its 2024 iteration, slated for July 12-15. Known for its commitment to a diverse and groundbreaking lineup, this year, the festival elevates its roster with a mix of industry titans and innovative newcomers set to grace the scenic landscapes of Merritt.

Topping this year’s bill is Of the Trees, the Maine-based bass music visionary, fresh off his historic double headline at Red Rocks Amphitheater. As the festival’s main headliner, Of the Trees brings his deeply immersive soundscapes and unique visual production to Bass Coast, further solidifying his status as a leading figure in the bass music scene. His performance is poised to be a highlight, drawing on his rich discography and the groundbreaking work from his label, Memory Palace, to create a set that’s not to be missed.

Leikeli47, the enigmatic Brooklyn-based rapper, brings a blend of fierce lyricism and compelling stage presence. Known for her masked anonymity and hits that span genres, her performance is eagerly anticipated, promising an electrifying showcase of talent.

The lineup boasts an array of talented newcomers and revered Bass Coast alumni. From Detroit’s Ash Lauryn and the UK’s garage duo Bakey and Breaka, to Berlin’s Cinthie and the dynamic Hessle Audio trio – Ben UFO, Pangaea, and Pearson Sound – the festival celebrates a spectrum of electronic music.

Veterans like Bianca Oblivion, Lazy Syrup Orchestra, and Smalltown DJs return, ensuring the festival’s legacy of innovation continues. “Spanning genres, continents, and eras, our lineup heralds a bold leap into the future,” says Andrea Graham, Bass Coast Co-Founder.

Tickets for this experience are available now at www.basscoast.ca, inviting attendees to immerse themselves in a celebration of creativity and community in the breathtaking backdrop of Merritt’s shared traditional territories.
