British Duo Jungle Unveils Second Single Ahead of New LP, As Loving in Stereo [Listen]

Ahead of their next LP, As Loving in Stereo, British production duo Jungle have released their second single of 2021. Co-written with their friend and frequent collaborator Inflo, “Talk About It, the track reaffirms their global acclaim and growing anticipation for this latest LP.

=Josh Lloyd and Tom McFarland started out as two friends with lofty dreams of seeing their name above the door of their local venue, Shepherd’s Bush Empire, in London. The dup would accomplish this with their 2014 self-titled debut album, which earned them nods and attention at home and abroad. They would go on to book sell outs at London’s bigger, 10,000 capacity venues like Alexandra Palace, and later big books in the US like the Hollywood Palladium. They have performed on five different continents, and have booked marquee festivals such as Coachella, Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza.

As Loving in Stereo is an album that embodies a familiar summer theme of social liberation. Jungle is embracing the newfound freedom of launching their own label, and instead of focusing on mainstream expectations, are motivated to creating their own unique brand of electronic music. With this latest LP, Jungle plans on taking their music back to its roots.

When we write music there’s hope,” continues J. “Maybe today we’ll create something that influences people and changes the way they feel. If you can make something that lifts people, that’s an amazing feeling.”

As Loving in Stereo is set to debut August 13. Earlier this year, the duo announced a supporting American tour that will kick off October 3 in Boston and run through October 29 in Los Angeles. Find more info on tickets here.
