The String Cheese Incident — “County Road Blues”

The String Cheese Incident has released a second bonus track from its most recent album, Lend Me A Hand. “County Road Blues” is an easy breezy bluegrass track that sees the Colorado-bred six-piece pick on through a relaxed instrumental. It’s a track that reminds of us a slow and sunny Sunday morning, a feeling we all know and love but don’t have enough of.

The band will kick off 2024 with their first live incident on April 6th at Texas Eclipse and will tour across the country this summer, including returning to the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre for their annual three-night run.

Armin van Buuren, Gryffin — “What Took You So Long”

Trance pioneer Armin van Buuren and multi-instrumentalist Gryffin have finally released their debut collaboration, “What Took You So Long.” The highly-anticipated track – which saw fans eagerly waiting since the two posted a joint studio session on social media last year –dives into a 140 BPM trance realm that explores lyrics of longing for love and finally finding “your person.” It’s a beautiful and depthful dance track that blends both producers’ respective musical roots of uplifting dance and trance elements.

Zingara, Jessica Chertock — “The Stars Are Calling Me”

Zingara masterfully blends a melodic chorus using Jessica Chertock’s vocals with her signature wub-filled drops in her latest single, “The Stars are Calling Me.” The song is her third release of 2024 and comes as she kicks off her biggest headline tour yet for her upcoming debut album: The Code of Dreamz. The spring tour kicked off in Toronto last weekend and runs through the end of May with support from Sharlitz Web, Black Carl!, Lowcation, and more.

HGods — “BARRACUDA”

Up-and-coming producer HGods is shaking up the bass world with his 2024 releases, including “BARRACUDA.” The New York-based artist launched his career with house tunes in 2019 but his discography proves he can’t be bound to one genre. From bass house to trap, HGods knows how to surprise listeners with his drops, and “BARRACUDA” is no exception. He describes the spooky song as “rowdy bass music” that fans of Skrillex and Getter’s styles will enjoy.

Motifv— “Just A Dream”

Rising electronica artist Motifv returns with a new project, Behind the Moon, just weeks after dropping his Where The Sun Sets EP. Serving as a sister EP to his previous March release, this project thematically connects the sun and the moon in anticipation of this year’s solar eclipse. Motifv offers fans the unique opportunity to experience the EP on vinyl while witnessing the eclipse on March 8. “Just A Dream” sets the tone with its glitchy, funky vibe, followed by mellower tracks throughout the project.
